Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms and across your back.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waist — just above your belly button, where your body naturally narrows.
Hips:
With feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips. Keep the tape horizontal.
Shoulder Width:
Measure straight across the back, from the edge of one shoulder to the other.
Sleeve Length:
Start at the top of the shoulder and measure down along the arm to the wrist bone.
Jacket Length:
From the base of your neck (where your collar sits), measure down to where you want the jacket to end.
