Once your order is submitted and payment is processed, we begin crafting your item — most of which are made-to-order. This means changes or cancellations may not be possible after a certain point. So please double-check your size, design, and delivery details before completing your purchase.
Payment & Billing
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options. All prices on the website are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay the full amount at checkout, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees. In the event of a billing error, please contact support and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Product Accuracy & Availability
We work hard to keep product photos, descriptions, and sizing charts as accurate as possible. However, small variations in color, texture, or stitching may occur due to lighting, screen display, or manufacturing batches. All products are subject to availability. If something you’ve ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
